The Ponty Chadha Foundation is an organization set up by Mrs. Jatinder Kaur Chadha, wife of Mr. Ponty Chadha, to channelize its capabilities towards social welfare and economic development of the communities the Wave Group works within.
The Ponty Chadha Foundation undertakes a plethora of socially responsible activities keeping in line with its belief to give back to society and care for people. As part of its initiatives, the Ponty Chadha Foundation sets up medical camps regularly to conduct free tests and check-ups.
It has also recently joined hands with India Food Banking Network (IFBN) to provide essential food grains to the lesser privileged in Noida and Ghaziabad, through the Uttar Pradesh Chapter. India Food Banking Network is part of the Food Security Foundation India - a national pioneering hunger relief programme started by Aidmatrix Foundation and Cargill India under the Chairmanship of Dr. Sam Pitroda.
The Ponty Chadha Foundation has also established schools to facilitate education amongst children from all walks of life. Mata Bhagwanti Chadha Niketan (MBCN) is a school for the differently abled and is the most admirable initiative of the Ponty Chadha Foundation, as it has changed the lives of more than 800 students to date.
